Will you charge me just to talk?
No. Discovery calls, free audits, and scoping calls are always free. We charge for work, not conversations.
How quickly do you reply?
Within 1 business day. Usually the same day if you email before 3 pm NST. If you don’t hear from us in 24 hours, resend — spam filters sometimes eat legitimate mail.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month. Ad spend is billed by the platform directly (Google, Meta) so you keep control of your card. Project work is 50% deposit, 50% on delivery.
What if my budget is really small?
Tell us honestly. If we’re not a fit, we’ll point you to a good freelancer or a template we’ve written — the blog is packed with things you can implement yourself for free.
